At Cosmic Naturals, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Used or opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Send clear photos/videos of the product to cosmicnaturals11@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 0307-3339853.

Refunds

• Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or the original payment method (if prepaid order).

Cosmic Naturals reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
